Keep your home warm in winter by keeping more heat in, and cooler in the summer by reducing incoming heat with Duette® Architella® Shades, our most energy efficient blind. The unique cell-in-cell construction which comprises of three insulating air layers, offers excellent insulation for your home all year round.

Duette® Architella® Shades create softly diffused light in your home with an attractive, uniform pleat style on the front and the back of the blind. Duette® Architella® is available in 32 and 64 mm sizes.

An energy saving choice

Duette® Shades help you to enjoy up to 46% savings on your heating/cooling bill, due to its unique design. Without energy-efficient window treatments, as much as 50% of a home’s heating and cooling energy can be lost through its windows even with double glazing.

Sound absorption properties

Duette® Shades can also significantly improve the acoustics in a room by reducing noise. The soft fabrics and air pockets in Duette® Shades help reduce annoying echoing from hard materials like glass, walls and hard flooring by up to 60%.

We design our products with carefully selected EU approved raw and recycled materials and use sustainable production techniques to help support the environment.

Our Eternity fabric range is made with 40% recycled polyester materials.

Bamboo

Our new Bamboo fabrics have a beautiful pure look and are made with 25% of natural fibres from sustainably managed bamboo plantations.

Duo Tone

Duo Tone fabrics always present a white colour on the exterior side of Duette® Shades with your unique colour choice on the interior facing side. This creates a neat and uniform look from the exterior view of your home.

Full Tone

The Full Tone option showcases the full beauty of your Duette® Shades with the same great colour on the interior and exterior side of your windows.

SmartCord®

The revolutionary Luxaflex® SmartCord® operating system uses a retractable cord mechanism so that you have no long cords on the windowsill. This is safer for children and pets. The Duette® Shade is exceptionally easy to operate thanks to its smooth moving cords.

The constant cord length means there are never any long, dangling cords to detract from the appearance of the shade.
Suitable for large windows up to 300 cm in width.
SmartCord® hardware is colour coordinated with all Duette® Shades fabrics.

LiteRise®

The simplest and safest way to operate your Duette® Shades. Our LiteRise® cordless system lets you simply push up with your hand to raise and pull down to lower. Your blinds stay right where you put them.
- No lift cords, ensuring a neat appearance.
- Because no lift cords are used, the system is safer for children and pets.
- Also suitable for large windows up to 240 cm in width.
- LiteRise® hardware is colour coordinated with all Duette® Shades fabrics.
- Available for the entire Duette® Shades collection.

Quick Release Chain

The new Quick Release Chain operation is easy to use and meets EN Child Safety Regulations for internal blinds. To raise or lower your shade gently move the chain up and down. If any force is applied to the chain the quick release function is activated and the chain safely drops out. The chain can be snapped back into place and your shade will function normally again.

TruFit®

Designed for the 25 mm Duette® Shades collection, TruFit® is a sophisticated way to install Duette® Shades directly onto the glass without drilling.
It’s a simple handle operated lifting system, ideal for Tilt & Turn windows, doors but also standard windows.

Intuitive, child friendly operation.
The patented Top Down / Bottom Up operation enables you to position your Duette® Shades exactly where you want it for privacy and a view to the outside.
Also available in a Day & Night version that combines a room darkening fabric and a transparent fabric.

Profiles

The head rail and bottom rail of your Duette® Shades are colour coordinated with each fabric. There are six hardware colours to choose from. Under each fabric sample you can see the coordinating hardware colour that comes as standard with your Duette® Shade. You can also select from five additional colours to complement your window or décor perfectly.
